The Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce will host "Bridge to our Future: Connecting Students and Businesses," on Thursday, March 23, 2017, from 3 to 5:30 p.m., at the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Garrison Wing Conference Center.

This event is an opportunity for high school students to explore potential career paths, engage with employers and contribute to the future workforce.

Among the professionals and industries represented at the event are healthcare, information technology, law, agriculture, sports management, science and research, marketing and advertising, entrepreneurship, public safety, arts and culture, media and journalism, engineering and architecture, and various trades.

Refreshments and light snacks will be provided.

The event is sponsored by Waddell and Reed Financial Advisors, Dover Adult Learning Center and St. Thomas Aquinas High School.
