A Veterans Day ceremony will be held on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017 at 11 a.m., at the City Hall auditorium.

The ceremony will include an invocation, Taps, posting of colors, and the national anthem. There will be remarks by City officials, including Mayor Karen Weston, veterans and guest speakers, Lt. Charles "Johann" Sung and Gen. Mark Sears, retired.

A dedication ceremony of the new Dover Veterans Park will follow on the grounds of the McConnell Center.

The master of ceremonies is Davide Wiggin, Dover commander of the Disabled American Veterans.
