The construction project of the former Robbins block will result in the following street closures:

On Monday, Nov. 19, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m,, Chestnut Street will be closed between Washington Street and the Locust Street fork. From the south, only local traffic to Saint Thomas Street will be permitted. Traffic exiting the Citizens Bank drive-thru will be required to turn left (north) toward Washington Street.

On Tuesday, Nov. 20, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Saint Thomas Street will be closed at the Chestnut Street intersection. During this time, two-way local traffic (including traffic for the District Court and McConnell Center) will be allowed on Saint Thomas Street from the westerly (Atkinson Street) end only.

These closures are required for crews to complete underground utility installation in connection with the 104 Washington Street project.The construction project is being managed by Fulcrum Associates and the utility work has been subcontracted to SUR Construction.
