A special election to fill the vacant Ward 4 seat was held on Tuesday, Sept. 13, the same day as the State Primary. Candidates for the Ward 4 City Council seat only appeared on the Ward 4 ballot.
The Ward 4 City Council vacancy was declared following the resignation of Ward 4 City Councilor Joseph Nicolella.
