Board Purpose

The Dover Arena Commission shall perform the following functions:

• Aid, assist and advise the Community Services Director* in formulating future plans for maintaining, equipping, operating, regulating and setting a fee schedule for the Dover Arena. 
• The Commission shall inform itself of the ways and means by which it plans and programs may be best achieved and may advise the Community Services Director*, the City Council and the public of the manner in which these objectives may best be accomplished.
