Drain line replacement on Kirkland Street, between Central Avenue and Academy Street, is expected to begin Tuesday, Oct. 9 and be completed within two weeks, weather permitting.

During the work, Kirkland Street will be closed weekdays to through traffic between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. On-street parking will not be permitted during construction hours. The road will reopen each evening.
