Email sent to the Dover Cemetery Board is considered a public record and subject to New Hampshire's Right-to-Know law, RSA 91:A, with limited exceptions as outlined in the law. Board Purpose

The Cemetery Board shall perform the following functions:

• To consider and recommend general policies for the operation of municipal cemeteries. 
• To make recommendations on the investment and expenditure of donations and bequests made to the city for the benefit of said cemeteries. 
• Make an annual report of all cemetery activities to the City Manager and keep such other records and reports as he shall direct.
