Board Purpose

There is hereby created a Board of Trustees to serve for the purpose of administering all trust funds which may be taken and held by the City of Dover pursuant to RSA 31:19. The Board of Trustees shall be comprised of five (5) members, one (1) of whom shall be the Finance Director. The other four (4) members shall be citizens of Dover who shall have some experience in the field of professional banking and whom shall be appointed by the City Council.
