Stick Practice

Adult Stick Practice 
Pick up hockey for ages 18 and over
Helmet Required; limit 20 skaters and 2 Goalies
Sign ups for adult stick can only be done the day of the skate by using an arena pass or paying ahead, Walk-ins ok.

Parent/Tot Stick Practice
For children ages 10 and under (as of 9/2023) and their parents. This is a fun recreational hockey skate for parents and their children, it is not for a team practice or a game session. FULL EQUIPMENT for children and parents must wear helmets. 
Walk ins are allowed.

Youth Stick Practice 
Youth stick practice is for kids in grade 8 and below as of 9/2023. Full Equipment Required. No parents allowed on ice. NO HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS DURING THIS SESSION!
Limit: 20 Skaters/2 goalies
