Fifth Street closed to traffic Nov. 13

Fifth Street will be closed to through traffic between Grove and Chestnut streets on Wednesday, Nov. 13., from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The closure is necessary to allow a contractor to excavate and install a water line in the area of 20 Fifth Street.
On-street parking in the immediate area will also be restricted on Wednesday, where posted.
