Dover Fire Chief Paul Haas recently announced the availability of COVID-19 testing for senior citizens and individuals with disabilities who reside at the Dover Housing Authority. Testing is voluntary and free of charge. Testing sites will include Waldron and Central Towers, St. John's, Niles, Union Court and Edgar Bois Terrace residential communities. Testing will occur by appointment on July 20 and 21. Appointments can be made by calling Cathryn Conway-Dorr at 742-5804 ext.144.

"We care about our residents and we want them to be safe during these challenging times," said Allan Krans, Executive Director of the DHA.

The Dover Housing Authority serves 877 households per month with a federal rent subsidy. Rent paid by residents is based on 30 percent of household income. The mission of the DHA is "Opening Doors to Opportunities".
