Water line work along Wentworth Terrace on Thursday, March 26, will require shutting off water to the area. Crews anticipate the work will begin at 9 a.m. and conclude by 3 p.m. Water service will be restored to the area as soon as the work is completed.

The water line work will connect existing lines to new lines beneath the Spaulding Turnpike. As part of the ongoing Spaulding Turnpike widening project, new water lines have been installed beneath the highway that will improve water service and the water system's reliability.

A digital message board has been installed to notify residents of Wentworth Terrace. In accordance with guidelines from state and federal health officials intended to slow the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, Community Services staff will not place door hanger notifications on residential doors prior to the work and water service disruption.
