Library now offers Dover High School yearbooks online

The Dover Public Library has digitalized its collection of Dover High School yearbooks. Now with the click of a mouse you can search through the yearbooks by activities, names, or just browse through page by page. You can look through the yearbooks for 1915 and 1945-2013. And access is free.

There are a variety of searches you can perform. You can enter “Dover High School” and the year in the search box to browse through the entire yearbook. You can limit a search to a student or teacher name, or by the year or decade. You may also search by extracurricular activity like band or a sport. You can even search by class clown.

Everyone is welcome to use the library’s new database; you won’t need a password. It's so much fun to explore this database: you might spend hours browsing the Dover High School yearbooks.

Give it a try and spread the word to your old classmates. Go to: http://dover.advantage-preservation.com/ for direct access, or visit the library’s website http//:library.dover.nh.gov and select the Learning and Research tab, then choose Dover City Directories and Yearbooks Online from the list of databases.
