The Supervisors of the Checklist will be in session on Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2026, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the City Clerk’s office at Dover City Hall, 288 Central Ave.

During this session, supervisors will register new voters, record changes of address, and make other necessary corrections to the checklist. The supervisors will also re-register voters who received an annual verification letter and remove voters who did not respond to the annual verification letter.

The Supervisors of the Checklist previously met on June 2, 2026, and identified registered voters who had not cast a ballot in five years. Those voters were mailed a letter informing them of their pending removal from the checklist and the need to re-register before voting. Any voter who has voted at least once in the last five years, or who has registered to vote since the 2024 general election, will remain on the checklist and does not need to take any action. Active voters can review their voter registration information through the Secretary of State’s voter information lookup portal, app.sos.nh.gov.
